  • 5+ years of experience as a full-time Jira Administrator and Super User
  • 3-5 years of experience planning, migrating and onboarding development teams from another tool to Jira/enterprise Jira
  • Experience training people, teams on Jira use, workflow and dashboards & Confluence/enterprise Confluence
  • Experience with JQL
  • Experience with Jira release management features
  • Experience building complex dashboards in Jira
  • Experience working with Agile and Hybrid teams
