5+ years of experience as a full-time Jira Administrator and Super User
3-5 years of experience planning, migrating and onboarding development teams from another tool to Jira/enterprise Jira
Experience training people, teams on Jira use, workflow and dashboards & Confluence/enterprise Confluence
Experience with JQL
Experience with Jira release management features
Experience building complex dashboards in Jira
Experience working with Agile and Hybrid teams
