-Technical - application and system related
-JSM is highly desirable but very few people in industry has it
-Some software development
-Must have prior platform administration and some development experience in at least one ITSM tool (ServiceNow etc.)
-App configuraton work
-Understanding of core tool integration including Exchange, TEAMS, Zoom a plus
