Jr. Network and Systems Administrator

We have an immediate full time opening for a Jr Network and Systems Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in design, implementation, and support. This position requires excellent communication and strong technical skills.

Essential duties:

– Manage Lab and production Infrastructure and support clients and their projects
– Design and support virtualized and cloud infrastructure
– Document workflows, processes, procedures, and configurations of infrastructure services
– Systems Administrators will also be engaged with network support services as well as project deployments.

Strong Technical knowledge in the following:

– A solid understanding of networking, and how infrastructure services interact (e.g. DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, routing, Switching)
– Experinece with cisco and Juniper routers and switches
– Hypervisors: VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V,
– Linux and scriptting experience necessary

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

– Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP
– Ability and willingness to learn new technology skills
– Self-motivated and Detail-oriented with strong customer service orientation
