Junior Application Engineer

  • Having (1-2) years of Experience in Java Production support and L3 development activities. 
  • Good debugging knowledge and and knowledge of LINUX,JAVA, PL/SQL and Oracle SQL , ITIL Framework.
  • Hands-on experience in deployment activities along with Dev and worked on Application support.
  • Should have handled the L2,L3  application tasks.
  •  Basic knowledge of Spring  MVC Architecture. 
  • Familiar to server migrations, Archiving of databases. 
  • Experience in support for PROD and UAT. 
  • Should be able to code, debug and resolve production issues for the applications and ensure all support SLA’s are met.
  • Finding Bugs and fixing them for reducing the ticket count and for better service. 


Education/Experience/technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support
  • Resolve work order and incidents
  • Clear, precise, prompt, Good communicator.
  • Ability to handle Users


Technology:

  • Java
  • ITIL framework
  • Experience in SQL is added benefit
  • Prior experience as support engineer is a must
