Junior Data Engineer

Description:
 

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and architectures.
• Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and transform data from relational databases.
• Create and maintain data visualizations using tools like BOBJ, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Work with data warehousing technologies such as Informatica, Snowflake, or Databricks to build and maintain robust data storage solutions.
• Support data integration and ETL processes to ensure data is accurately loaded and stored.
• Assist in developing data science models and pipelines using platforms like Databricks or Dataiku.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning models and perform data analysis.

Requirements:
 

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a data engineering role, which could include internship experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems.
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as BOBJ, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies, including Informatica, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience with data science platforms like Databricks or Dataiku is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
