Junior Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Summary:

The Junior Fusion HCM Technical Consultant will support the technical development and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role involves working on customizations, extensions, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications using Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other tools.
• Assist in the integration of Fusion HCM with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Support the technical aspects of Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and functional consultants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
