Junior Java Developer

What we offer you: Within the Digital Technologies division in the CoE Application Modernization we are looking for a Junior Java Developer. The Application Modernization Center of Excellence accompanies Engineering customers in their software system modernization journey and in their journey to the cloud. It deals with evaluation activities, aimed at measuring the maturity of customers and their systems, design, aimed at identifying the most suitable architectures and technologies for each context, and implementation, aimed at creating modern and cloud native applications. What will your activities and responsibilities be? You will be included in our development teams and will be responsible for the creation of microservices with Java technology, using modern frameworks such as Spring Boot / React or Angular. Required qualifications and skills: You are the ideal candidate if you have gained the following experiences and skills: At least one year of professional experience on the Java platform; Basic knowledge of the Spring / Spring Boot framework; Basic knowledge of one of the two frameworks React or Angular. Basic knowledge of SQL; Basic knowledge of Javascript (ECMA Script); Knowledge of GIT / GITLab; Problem solving skills. What do we look for in our people?
