Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

Responsibility will include providing guidance to project teams to resolve complex situations, mitigate risks and how to apply ITPD in unique situations and providing support with toolsets (Project portfolio portal (PPP- in house tool), MS project, Planview etc), and coordinating with HO (home office in Japan) for PFR/CCR approvals when required.
Additionally, packing PFR/CCR based on the information provided by PMs (summarizing the request, input information in cost plan etc) for expedited approvals of PFR/CCR.
Review Project funding request (PFR) and Change control request (CCR) submitted from project teams.
Identify project risks and mitigation plans.
Report for any non-compliance projects.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

 

Key Skills: PMO (Project management office), Project Governance, Jira .
