Junior recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter at MapIT Solutions Group in Vadodara. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top IT talent, conducting screening and verification processes, and matching candidates with client needs. Additionally, the Junior Recruiter will assist in achieving recruitment goals and supporting project initiatives.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
