Roles And Responsibilities
As a Junior HR Technical Analyst, you will support development, configuration, and integration of new solution modules, in addition to operations and maintenance of existing technical components in the CLIENT HR technology stack. Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users
Development and configuration - 60%
Troubleshooting issues - 20%

Qualification And Education Requirements
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree
with Python, 3+ years
Experience with web development, including HTML, JavaScript, APIs, etc., 3+ years
Agile certification
Experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs, 3+ years
Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies
Bachelor's degree
