Job Title: Junior UIUX Consultant

Job Purpose

To support and develop UIUX Design on existing and upcoming initiatives for company Portal and App.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
1-2 years in UI/UX design or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Basic knowledge of responsive design, mobile/tablet UI/UX, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with at least 1 wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc, Marvel App, and InVision.
Strong ability to convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Good, technical, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Willing to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Able to work in a team.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
A comprehensive portfolio of design projects.

Responsibilities

Research, design, gather and evaluate user requirements to come out with Creative UIUX Design, mock- ups & prototypes, user stories, wireframes, personas, experience maps and other artifacts in collaboration with IT & Business.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.
Design end-to-end wireframes and UI visual
Collaborate with Developer to implement innovative solutions to develop the best user-friendly product and experience.
Revise and redesign based on user feedback.
Strong visualization skills.
Awareness of trends/new ideas and share best practices for style guidelines.
