Kafka Architect

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT Professional experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as Kafka Platform Architect.
• Solid understanding of Kafka architecture and experience in designing & implementing large scale Kafka clusters.
• Must have hands-on experience in designing & implementing both Open source & Cloudera Kafka platforms.
• Must have worked on designing deployment architecture for multiple Kafka solutions.
• Ensure optimum performance, high availability, and stability of Kafka platform solutions.
• Strong hands-on designing integration solutions using Kafka and aware of integration best practices for data streaming solutions.
• Ability to perform benchmarking, performance analysis and tuning of existing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of BigData & streaming technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark & Flink across various vendor distributions.
• Hands-on experience in custom Kafka producer & consumer application design and implementation.
• Experience in the operations systems Linux (RedHat).
• Knowledge in virtual machines systems such as VMware and containerized systems such as Docker/Kubernetes is nice to have.
