Position summary : Recruit, schedule, and maintain independent contractors

for customer experience projects. Provide coaching and assistance to

evaluators. Manage projects statuses and ensure their timely and accurate

completion.

Position Requirements.

1. Calling target customers & explain Mystery Audit details.

2. Good convincing power and effective communication.

3. Queries handling and ability to sustain a conversation.

4. Making appropriate records of dialogue for call status.

Key Role and Responsibilities Includes:

1. Recruit, coach, and schedule Independent Contractors (i.e. Auditors /

Evaluators) to conduct projects in various industries.

2. Contact evaluators about available evaluation projects via email, text, phone

and other recruiting resources.

3. Research and recommend new recruitment procedures, including new paid

print or web postings, social media, or networking outlets.

4. Determine success of sourcing efforts by tracking responses.

5. Coordinate Auditor/Evaluators routes and timelines to align with project

requirements while keeping costs within budget.

6. Provide customer service to Auditors/Evaluators with questions, concerns, or

technical problems.

7. Collaborate with all stakeholders and summarize lessons-learned for

operational improvement

Qualifications:

2. 1-2 years experience in a temporary agency or corporate recruiting role is

ideal.

3. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

4. Proficient mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and

bonuses.

5. Ability to quickly learn BAREs proprietary database systems, including having

current knowledge of web-based database system navigation.

6. Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
