Roles And Responsibilities

Build & nurture strong long-term strategic relationships with the existing customers.
Account mining within existing customer base.
Provide strategic planning and support to the key customers in growing their business. 
Demonstrate excellent business analytics to the stakeholders.

Must Have

Deep understanding of Indian staffing industry.
Outstanding track record of service delivery to the customers.
Experience servicing System Integrators/Implementation Partners in Indian market.
Strong sales/business development acumen.
Strong analytical thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-6 years of experience into Indian staffing/recruitment industry.
MBA/PGDM with Marketing specialization.
