Description

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible and accountable for handling complete recruitment life cycle and managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with clients and maximising sales and revenue generation. The role involves attracting suitable candidates through various Job Portals, Professional sites (LinkedIn etc.), as well as through networking, headhunting, recommendations and referrals. 

The Key Account Manager will be responsible to establish and build effective and productive relationships with the Clients. Good people skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly through the written word.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

  • Handling end to end recruitment process for senior & middle management level.
  • Sourcing candidates through different channels of Recruitment like various Job Portals, Professional Sites, Database, as well as through networking, headhunting, recommendations and referrals.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Involvement in preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, & communication skills and aspirations i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects etc...
  • Client relationship Management & strengthening business in the existing accounts.
  • Identifies client requirements, determines schedule availability, promotes services, and communicates job status.
  • Regular follow up with clients for getting & understanding the requirements.
  • Candidate and Client management till the closure & joining of the candidate.
  • Need to understand client requirements, discussing issues and communication strategies with the client.
  • Coordinating on regular basis with the internal recruitment team for ensuring the tasks to be completed within the set timelines.
  • Taking ownership of client relationships and ensuring smooth engagement planning throughout the year.
  • Insight sale for existing clients.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by providing right information on time.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports and maintaining resume database
