Kronos Developer

Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9.00pm 

Must Have Strong Experience in:
Kronos Workforce Central : 2+yrs minimum

Kronos Workforce Dimensions:2+yrs minimum

Dell Boomi Integrations:2+yrs minimum

WIM:2+yrs minimum

SQL:2+yrs minimum

Skills:

Experience in Kronos Workforce Central with knowledge in modules like Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices

Work experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and implementation

Experience on Intouch clocks and resolving issues related to clock devices

Experience on Dell Boomi and developed common requirement of WFD in Timekeeping and Attendance, Data Views, Reports, Attestations

Integration Development using Dell Boomi for Dimensions enhancements and change requests

Experience in Kronos WIM upstream and downstream Interfaces

Experience in SQL and PL SQL programming to be able to work on Interfaces development

Responsibilities

Perform configuration, re-configuration, enhancements for WFD application

Analyzing, Understanding, and documenting business processes

Ability to work in Integrations with multiple systems and collaborate with teams for implementation

Ability to work in a fast-paced project team using Agile project management techniques
