KSU Application Manager

Short Description:

Responsible for the daily operations, maintenance and life cycle of enterprise applications.

Skills:

5 years of experience supporting the full lifecycle of complex, cloud based, and on-premises applications and solutions.
5 years of work experience with relational databases and a basic understanding of SQL.
5 years of work experience with TCP/IP and firewalls.
5 years of work experience with OSI layer 6 and 7 protocols (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, DNS, SMTP).

Complete Description:

Under broad supervision, manages applications through the full life cycle from project definition and approval through implementation and evaluation of all project deliverables. Creates a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes.

Qualifications:

This position will be responsible for completing customer requests/projects to make adjustments or enhancements to the tool.
This position will be responsible handling any operations and maintenance related to the assigned tool.
This position will be responsible for developing, tracking and documenting any changes or procedures/processes.
Working with a team and communicating with well with customers.
Has the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
MSSQL/IIS is preferred
