Network operations with 24/7 support , monitoring , reporting and ticketing

Expertise in 4G and 5G Core technology
Understanding of RCS Architecture and its interfaces among nodes
Basic troubleshooting experience upon any RCS solution Preferably Mavenir (optional Nokia, Ericsson)
Basic understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, SIP, Diameter, RTP, RTCP, H.248 Protocol
Good understanding of RCS Call flows (Registration, Chat, File transfer, OTT to OTT calls etc.)
Proactive monitoring of alarms, troubleshoot and incident closure.
Understanding of Linux environment
Experience of working on SDN/NFV technologies

Basic understanding for Networking and cloud
