Description

  • Must have monitoring tools expertise on following: Grafana, ELK, NewRelic and Kibana
  • Must have good working experience on following ticketing tools: JIRA, Service Now, Service Now Desk
  • Must have triaging skills on: AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ etc.
  • Must have basic triaging skills for Infra and Networking issues
