- Provide day-to-day operational support, including incident and problem management.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently, utilizing Splunk logs.
- Exhibit soft skills, such as taking the initiative and active participation in calls.
- Be available for on-call support when required.
