  • Provide day-to-day operational support, including incident and problem management.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently, utilizing Splunk logs.
  • Exhibit soft skills, such as taking the initiative and active participation in calls.
  • Be available for on-call support when required.
