Need experience in AWS, Citrix, Windows 11, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and level II technical troubleshooting skills

Looking for folks to do post migration hypercare. Basically, why cant I find my icons in this new system. Where is my missing software and other such migration related issues from users who have been on the previous system for many, many years. There will be no ticketing, during the hypercare period, people will just call in with issues and they will try and work immediately
