Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new MDM technologies and tools.


About You:

You're fit for the role of L3 Support Engineer, Employee Technology Services if your background includes:

Years of Experience: 2 - 6 Years.
Preferred hands-on experience with In-Tu.ne and JAMF. Some of the critical skills for this role include:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in technical support or IT roles, with a focus on mobile device management and support.
Proficiency in MDM solutions such as MobileIron, VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune, or JAMF.
Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android), their operating systems, and associated applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Effective communication skills and the ability to assist end users with varying technical backgrounds.
Familiarity with mobile device security best practices and compliance regulations.
Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting tasks.
Experience with remote troubleshooting and support tools.
Relevant certifications such as MobileIron Certified Professional (MICP) or CompTIA Mobility+ are a plus.
