Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Google WorkSpace L3 Support at CA-One Tech Cloud Inc located in Bengaluru. This is an on-site position that requires providing high-level technical support for Google WorkSpace and resolving complex technical issues for a variety of clients. The right candidate will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with a global support team to resolve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of technical support experience, and experience with Google WorkSpace and other SaaS solutions
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles
Strong organization and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Willingness to work during off-hours and overtime as needed
