Roles & Responsibilities Must Have:

  • Hands on experience in handling the Pharma LAB devices and instrument.
  • Strong Windows Desktop Support Experience
  • Understanding of GxP, GMP process
  • Desktop Hardware and troubleshooting at L2 + (Window 10, 7)
  • 5. Experience in handling IT Desktop support for a PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY (Pfizer, Abott, Vertex, BMS, Lilly etc.)
  • Exposure on pharma equipments like Spectrometers, Chronometer.
  • Good exposure and understanding of IT infra like AntiVirus, AD, Asset Management.
