Lead Automation Engineer

NA has a client that is seeking a Lead QA Engineer in San Fracisco, CA or San Jose, CA (4 days onsite role) for a 6-12 Months Contract. Summary: This QE Lead would be responsible for developing and maintaining the automation frameworks (Selenium) and lead the triage and troubleshooting process on ang bugs. This person will then own the documentation and partnership with engineering to resolve the issue. We would need someone well versed in automation testing, who can run the applications locally, looking at logs and identifying basic errors (most of the time it s configuration issues), troubleshoot/triage and problem solving.

Required Skills : * Retail experience is required, understanding how the order/purchase flow works, from web, through order management * Hands on experience as Lead Automation Engineer * Must have experience in Automation - Selenium, Java, API Testing and UI testing * Experience in Regression testing, Performance/Stress Testing * Experience in creating Automation Framework, Test cases and best practices * Experience working on cross-team projects * Nice to have: Scala and Vue.js Onsite in San Jose or Sacramento or San Fran
