Our team is dedicated to supporting various sectors including Engineering, Mechanical, SFPA, and the EAM/Reliability roadmap, encompassing both ongoing support for deployed products and the seamless transition of existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business partners to spearhead the Delay Inputter project and Position Management area initiatives.
- Assume ownership of the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for several moderately complex processes, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Utilize a structured requirements process, encompassing gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes, to offer informed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide substantive input to feasibility studies for standard development projects and enhancements.
- Craft, articulate, and communicate comprehensive business requirements to drive the implementation of effective solutions.
- Liaise with technical experts to facilitate problem resolution and optimize system performance.
- Contribute to the development of user test cases, validate test results during user acceptance testing, and assist in the creation of user manuals and training materials.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary, while actively monitoring and analyzing metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Foster a deeper understanding of IT roles, processes, and activities within business units.
- Support and contribute to formal project status reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
