Detailed Job Description:

Participates in the review and collection of business requirements to support Oracle Fusion Absence setup and administration.
Develops test plans and documentation for managing the testing process.
Proficient in reviewing and troubleshooting the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems in Oracle HCM.
Demonstrates capability in managing and executing absence administration processes.
Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting approval workflows
Minimum years of experience: 10 years
