Description

In the role of a Lead Consultant , you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, configurations and deployment. You will interface with client stakeholders and will be responsible for successfully implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence management modules. This position will also be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for Core HR and Absence areas.

You will be pivotal to problem definition, discovery, design and configuration of the HCM Cloud solutions. As an expert in the domain, you will also deliver client trainings. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities:

Interface with stakeholders and understand client requirements

Design solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud and perform configurations, personalization to meet the customer needs

Conduct Conference Room Pilot sessions, Create Test plans, Test Scenarios, Prepare Test data and perform various tests including Unit & Integration tests and support User Acceptance tests.

Prepare required documentation during all stages of project implementation and production support

Ensure prompt resolutions of issues during the project implementation and production support phases by adhering to Service Levels agreed with customers

Collaborate and communicate within the team and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome.

Should be aware of Agile development practices

Required:

Overall 12 + years of work experience, should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

Should have 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management

2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation and Learning Management

Hands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for Europe or USA clients

Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

Must be located within commuting distance of Geneva, Switzerland or be willing to relocate to the area

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent

Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred

Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR and Absence processes and Configurations

Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR and Absence Management

Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.

Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
