Description

  • MBA degree preferred with strong tier-1 IT Experience: 6 years+ IT Experience (Any higher number is good)
  • Salesforce Presales SME experience of min 4 years, should have worked on 10+ pro
  • Should have experience in building end to end Salesforce proposals based on available information
  • Extremely strong in Power point and Excel (Ideally should have his own set of PPT, Excel templates)
  • Strong Experience in working on RFPs, Solutions, Offerings, Pricing & margin calculations.
  • Should able to estimate efforts needed for provided salesforce scope of work
  • Strong Functional understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and it’s offerings
  • Support architect while building salesforce proposals and contribute into salesforce solutioning and design
  • Strong and effective in communication.
  • Should able to own the internal and external demos for proof of concepts
  • Based on need, Participate and Engage with Customers in discovery workshops to gather detailed requirements, define scope. Act as a supporting function to Architect
  • Certifications needed:
    • Admin
    • Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  •  
    • Nice to Have: CPQ, Field Service, Any Industry cloud (Manufacturing Cloud, health Cloud, B2B & B2C Commerce Cloud, Field Service, CPG etc)
