Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

  • Define, plan, and create customer-centric information design and content for B2B customers.
  • Lead complex initiatives for internet and application content design.
  • Identify and manage risk, including compliance with federal and state laws for accessibility.
  • Review and analyze complex business and operational objectives.
  • Ensure work is in accordance with risk management, compliance, and business process expectations.
  • Make decisions based on a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence and portfolio administration as necessary.
  • Provide in-depth research on relevant industry trends.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • May lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Content Strategy or Content Design experience in the marketing space or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Additional Required Qualifications (US):

  • 5+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

TOP SKILLS

  • UX/ UI - Transformation/ website re-design

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of UX/UI experience
  • Understanding of content strategy
  • Experience with website transformations
  • Knowledge or commercial and/or investment banking is a plus.
