Pattern is seeking a game-changing creative to serve as our lead creative copywriter. We're looking for a master of their craft — someone adept at producing clear, punchy headlines, taglines, video scripts, and other short-to-mid-form copy for customers at each stage of the marketing funnel. They are highly creative and imaginative as they deliver executive-grade content for B2B customers. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and business objectives. They have strong conceptual, storytelling, and writing skills, coupled with a creative mind and an impeccable attention to detail.

In this role, you will develop copy that creates an instant connection with potential customers across all of Pattern's media channels. Your mission is to create high-impact headlines, taglines, and other short-to-mid-form copy that connects deeply with Pattern’s target audiences — moving them from the consideration stage to leads, leads to customers, and customers to ambassadors. This is a full-time role in the Corporate Marketing organization, reporting to the Head of Global Communications in our Lehi, UT office.

Consistent track record of success creating content for complex end-to-end experiences in alignment with customer needs and business goals

Proven track record of successfully operating independently — managing multiple priorities, following schedules, and meeting deadlines — all while maintaining impeccable outputs

What is the team like?

You will work with the other members of the Pattern Marketing team and report to Pattern’s Head of Global Communications. The team works alongside Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Category Marketing, and Partner Marketing. In the office you will sit next to and work daily with your immediate team and peers. The team follows a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some from home. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
