OVERVIEW:

As we continues to expand in the competitive landscape of eCommerce and increasing brand recognition, we are seeking a Lead Designer who can elevate our brand's storytelling and visual identity. This role is crucial for developing compelling content that resonates with our audience and helps take our brand recognition to the next level. The Lead Designer will be an inspirational leader, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure our marketing efforts are visually stunning and strategically sound. We’re looking for someone who can dive into the creative process and drive innovation within the organization.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:

Collaborate with the creative team in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Oversee the creation and optimization of Meta and Google Ads, email / sms campaigns, and other promotional pieces to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Designing and optimization of our Amazon brand page to enhance visibility and sales.

Collaborate with the eCommerce team to design and enhance the Shopify storefront, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Strategize and design packaging designs that reflect our brand and resonate with our customers.

Working with 3D render files in Blender or similar software

Collaborate with the leadership team to create strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team, encouraging new ideas and experimentation.

Stay current with industry trends and competitor analysis to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.

Manage the creative workflow, setting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within eCommerce or a related industry.

Proven experience designing ad, email and web content / creative

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and creative work.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with web design principles.

Excellent understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing concepts.

Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that align with business objectives.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
