Lead FullStack Developer

Skills Required: 
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, Kafka 
- Frontend: Vue.js, Freemarker Web Components 

Responsibilities: 
- Lead software design and architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, and Kafka.
- Lead frontend development with Vue.js and Freemarker Web Components.
- Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in hashtag#Java, hashtag#Spring hashtag#Boot, hashtag#Cassandra, hashtag#Oracle hashtag#SQL, hashtag#Kafka.
- Familiarity with hashtag#Vue.js and hashtag#frontend development.
- Experience with software architecture, hashtag#microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
