Lead GenAI Engineer

Job Overview:

8 years of overall IT experience and hands-on experience in AI/ML practices / background

An ideal candidate should possess hands on experience in NLP, should be comfortable with programming and related concepts

Leading / mentoring a team of AI engineers and researchers, defining the strategy for AI model development and deployment and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

Implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning with NLP, using tools like TensorFlow, Keras, and XGBoost.

Experience with closed-source LLMs like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, 4 Turbo, CoHere, etc.

Strong AI/ML experience in implementing solutions using Deep Learning OCR algorithms.

Excellent hands-on expertise in Python coding, Pep 8 standards, and best practices/design patterns.

Experience on word embeddings, transformer models, image / text generation and processing is preferred

Deployment of AI/ML solutions as a service / Rest API endpoint on Cloud or Kubernetes.

Experience with development methodologies and writing unit tests in Python
