Additional Comments:
Software Quality Engineer will be responsible for performing QE for client's OmniChannel Customer Experience platforms like Messaging, Chat, Telephony, Case, Forum. Primary responsibilities will include performing manual, end to end functional, regression testing of underlying platforms to enhance customer experience. Automation of end-to-end test suite using automation and load testing tools. This position will also be required to assist with high level troubleshooting as well as coordinating and cooperating with team members on projects and daily activities globally. Must be a self-motivated, can work both independently and in a team environment.
- Mandatory Skills:
- 3 to 5 Years of Software Quality Assurance – Manual, Functional, Regression, Integration & End to End Testing.
- Good Experience in Test Automation (Selenium/Java), Scripting & Performance Testing.
- Experience Testing API & Web Services (XML/REST/SOAP), Browser Specific Testing.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, High Energy, Excellent Communication. General Requirements:
- Good Experience with E2E QE automation using web-based frameworks.
- Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile Scrum methodologies, JIRA, SharePoint, CI/CD tools.
- SQA automation and Load testing tools (ex. Selenium, Mercury LoadRunner, Mercury QTP, JMeter).
- Excellent Knowledge in Test Automation, Test Scripting, Scripting Languages, Monitoring Tools and Test Data management.
- Hands on experience on automation, load and performance testing tools.
- Good understanding of testing process & ability to formulate strong Test Strategy/Plan.
- Good working experience on defect tracking tools.
- Good understanding of Customer Experience & Contact center technologies (CTI, IVR, Phone systems, chat tools).
- Should have a flexible attitude and be ready to work in multiple time zones.
- Excellent analytical & test design abilities. Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS or similar area of study, and seven or more years previous experience in similar profile/domain
