Lead II - Software Testing (Appium)

Roles / Responsibilities -

 

• Communication should be good (for client facing discussions if needed). Should be able to discuss clarifications.
• Should be technically strong
• Should be proactive and keen to learn new R&D areas and bring in value addition
• Should be able to work well with the team
• Focus will be on automating manual test cases for Android, fixing failures, checking Jenkins jobs and logging bugs.
  
   

Candidate must have the following primary skills/knowledge of tools -

 

• Java+Selenium
• Appium for iOS and Android
• Mobile testing experience
• TestNG
• Maven
• Jenkins
• API automation (Postman / Charles)
• Github
• Jira
• Testrail, Qtest or Jira as test management
  
   

Candidate must have the following secondary skills/knowledge of tools -

 

• Javascript
• BrowserStack
• Mac OS experience
• Basic NFR knowledge - performance, security, accessibility
• Shell / Groovy

Desired Skills and Experience

Primary: Java, Selenium, Appium for iOS and Android, BrowserStack/ Perfecto, API, TestNG Gradle

Secondary: Jenkins, Maven
