Lead Integration Engineer

Job Description:
* MUST HAVE 10+ years’ hashtag#development experience and 3 min years as a hashtag#lead / hashtag#mgr. This is a hands-on role.
* 3+ years of experience in leading a team of engineers.
* 10+ years of development experience with at least 3+ years experience in hashtag#ruby and hashtag#ruby on Rails.
* Proficient in hashtag#RESTAPI
* Experience in hashtag#systemintegration and / or hashtag#backendsoftwaredevelopment.
* Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
* Understanding of hashtag#cleancode and hashtag#testingprinciples.
* Experience working with a hashtag#Linux- and hashtag#AWS-based environment.
* Proven resilience to handle challenges and solve complex client problems.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in system integration roles as part of an enterprise software implementation in a cloud-based environment.
* Familiarity with hashtag#GraphQLAPI.
* Prior experience in hashtag#workforcemanagementsolutions.
* Prior experience working with hashtag#QuickServiceRestaurant and/or hashtag#Retail industries
