THIS IS A LEAD Java Developer role - must have strong experience leading a team of developer.
We are looking for a Lead/Senior Java Developer with NoSQL databases, Kafka Messaging and other open-source technologies experience.

1. Proficient in software development
2. Ability to comprehend requirement and convert them to concrete implementations
3. Have operated in Safe agile, multi team environment
4. Ability to communicate both in written and verbally on technical topics
5. Proven development experience supporting large volume, low latency transactions
6. Expert in Java (11+), Spring boot, Microservices, Cassandra, Apache Kafka, SOLR, REDIS, software patterns, Kubernetes, Docker, GIT
7. Azure cloud knowledge, cloud native application development
