Our client is looking for Lead Developers for a growing tech team, handling the replatforming of an existing system.

They are replacing a legacy mainframe application with a new, Java-Based application that will add value and ease in client onboarding and servicing moving forward.

Tech Skills: 10+ years of Development

Core Java is primary skill

DB experience: Oracle (will be migrating from Mainframe to Oracle

Some messaging experience is needed as well.

Any financial services experience is nice to have.

Description:

· Right now, it is a Mainframe Application with service layers on top that they keep modifying and customizing for clients.

· They are re-doing the whole thing starting now, with an aggressive timeline for next year:

o Q2 they will have the framework completed and by Q3 they will be onboarding clients with basic functionality.

o By EOY 2024 it should be in full production and then they’ll just be upgrading, adding features, etc.
