Job Description:

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong in Core Java and OOPs programming concepts.
• Experience designing/developing integration solutions using Java frameworks.
• Experience with the following frameworks: Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Experience in PBM or Healthcare domains.
• Full lifecycle application development.
• Lead development teams through all phases of SDLC.
• Train and mentor team members as needed.
• Design, code and debug software.
• Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis.
• Participate in software modeling and simulation.
• Integrate new software solutions with existing systems.
• Extract and reverse engineer existing code.
• Have passion for innovation, new ideas, quick prototyping, hackathons etc.
• Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools.
• Have an open-minded approach to development strategy and approaches.
• Actively look for ways to make everything better.
   

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
