Lead Java Developer

As a Lead Java Developer, you'll be at the helm of technical excellence, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a dynamic team of developers and engineers. You'll lead by example, setting high standards while overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of cutting-edge technical projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll define project objectives and translate business needs into innovative technical solutions.
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end ownership of application components, from front end to backend and integrations.
Craft secure and seamless solutions using MuleSoft ESB applications, ensuring OAuth2 and TLS implementations safeguard API integrity.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and testing of full-stack applications.
Champion user interface development using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring an exceptional user experience across devices.
Drive innovation by developing solutions in various technologies and protocols, facilitating integrations between legacy systems and software applications.
Communicate technical concepts and project updates to diverse stakeholders, fostering alignment and support for technical initiatives.
What You Bring:
12+ years of software development experience, with a focus on integration technologies and backend development.
Proficiency in SQL queries, SQL tuning, and stored procedures, coupled with a strong understanding of front-end technologies like React Native / JS.
Design and architecture prowess, with the ability to drive design sessions and influence business requirements.
Experience leading and mentoring teams, with effective communication skills to handle project status and risk.
Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
Bonus: MuleSoft Developer or higher certification, experience with API design and implementation, and knowledge of commercial integration systems like Tibco, Biztalk, or IBM OIC.
