Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Job Description:
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development.
Proven experience in leading development teams and projects.
In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
Strong front-end development skills using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue).
Expertise in RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Previous experience in the insurance domain is highly desirable
