We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading manual QA efforts, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, particularly OpenLink Endur. This role will involve ensuring the highest quality of our trading and risk management software through meticulous testing practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the manual QA testing efforts for ETRM/Endur systems, ensuring high-quality software releases.
Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing functionality.
Execute manual test cases, thoroughly documenting the process and capturing detailed defect information.
Collaborate with development, business analysis, and product teams to understand system requirements, ensuring full coverage of all functionality.
Identify, analyze, and report software defects and work closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
Continuously review and improve test processes, striving to increase efficiency and effectiveness in QA workflows.
Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of progress, issues, and changes in a timely manner.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior QA testers and coordinate with other team members to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with best QA practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts, coordinating with end-users to validate system performance and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Manual QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, with a preference for experience in OpenLink Endur.
Solid understanding of financial instruments, risk management, and trading processes in the energy sector.
Experience in testing complex applications, particularly in trading or financial systems.
Excellent defect identification and documentation skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in leading QA teams and managing QA efforts for large-scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur or other ETRM systems.
Familiarity with trade lifecycle, risk management processes, and system integration within trading environments.
Experience in automation testing is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in energy trading markets.
