Important Skills:
Trying to find someone that can cover anything that happens in network and that includes the security piece

Security piece will be needed for segmentation projects over time; looking for someone who can cover anything network/security related to a degree. Also need ACI background and experience with or willingness to learn scripting/automation. Not just someone who has led a department or step in and handle anything that has come up; they're about ready to engage in zero trust project that will be going on for several years. Segmentation is an important piece also; additional years of experience + having covered different aspects of security will be helpful. They go off gut feeling also, and they appreciate candidates who want to keep learning and educating themselves; or someone who has led a lot and isn't scared to dig into issues that arise

Experience with and strong capability for managing major projects and integrating project needs across IS&T groups for a multi-organization company
