Lead Platform Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Analytics Engineer for our Platform Analytics Team. You will be working as part of a small, but growing dynamic team and will be responsible for:

Leading a team of engineers including defining new architecture, getting support and buy-in from our customers, and ensuring that deadlines are met 
Defining and developing our analytics architecture and tools to support the capture, analysis, and automation of hardware and software events 
Facilitating business decision-making leveraging data analysis techniques 
Project/program management of data-driven decisions to improve performance, reliability, and robustness of our hardware platforms and software releases 
Analyzing systems data and recommending business decisions & strategy to hardware engineering leadership

Qualifications

5+ years using Python 
A minimum of 3 year using SQL 
Experience with AWS web services. Sagemaker, S3, Vault, etc. 
Strong Statistics background 
Industry experience implementing Machine Learning 
Familiarity with evaluating ML algorithms 
For example: Statistical Analysis, Anomaly Detection, Data Quality 
Experience with Databases (Snowflake even better) highly desirable 
Experience with Git, Jenkins/Airflow desirable 
Excellent verbal communication & collaboration skills 
BS or advanced degree in CS/CE or equivalent experience 
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment
