We are seeking a Lead Python Developer with expertise in AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with a proven track record of leading projects and implementing solutions that are both effective and scalable.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Python developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Python and AWS technologies.
Architect, build, and maintain scalable and robust systems using AWS cloud services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and more.
Work closely with the DevOps team to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure test coverage.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into operations and activities.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focusing on Python.
Strong experience with AWS services and managing cloud infrastructure.
Experience leading development teams and projects.
Proficient with server-side logic and understanding the principles of scalable application design.
Excellent understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container management solutions.
Knowledge of additional backend languages like Java or Ruby is a plus.
