We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Customization: Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Data Management: Manage and migrate data using Salesforce Data Loader and other data management tools.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and defects.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Best Practices: Follow Salesforce best practices for coding, configuration, and security.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.
