Lead Salesforce Developer

10 years of Salesforce Development
1+ years of experience in a Tech Lead capacity
3 Salesforce certifications
Ideally have experience in Sales and Service Cloud.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Apex, Lightning Component Development, Java Script, REST/JSON, and XML integrations,
Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business 
Process automation such as Flow, Batch/Async Apex
Knowledge of Vlocity/Omnistudio is a huge plus
Collaboration skills to work with business partners and agile teams
Knowledge of Bitbucket, DevOps automation tools & practices
Experience with Test-driven Development (TDD)
Testing tools such as SOAPUI, Postman, Selenium
Financial/Insurance industry experience is a plus.
