Job Responsibilities

Manage SFDC CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.

Evaluate and recommend AppExchange apps and other third-party tools to enhance the Salesforce platform.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements and identify business needs.

Architect, design, and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and best practices.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages.

Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate

24/7 ownership and resolution of Salesforce system issues and outages

Collaborate with system administrators to ensure proper configuration, security, and performance optimization of the Salesforce platform.

Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on Salesforce best practices and effective use of platform capabilities.

Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce best practices, development techniques, and effective use of Salesforce functionalities.

Education

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Required Experience

7+ years implementing and configuring SFDC for 200+ users

4+ years of training SFDC admins and managing projects

4+ years managing and implementing Salesforce CPQ

4+ years managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)

Experience with Conga CPQ and Conga Composer

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect, preferably serving as a technical lead in Salesforce implementations or large-scale projects.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities such as Flows, Account Engagement, Salesforce Maps, Salesforce CPQ, Lightning Platform, etc.

Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and security considerations.

Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow.

Solid understanding of development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and experience in providing technical leadership in an Agile development environment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are highly preferred.

Master Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions / Environment/ Special Requirements

This is a hybrid position with two days remote and three days from the office Management reserves the right to require staff to work on-site at any time.
