Job Description
The Salesforce Developer will oversee development and installation of new hardware and software Provides advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved work operations Installs and configures systems and other software. Tests installed software for malfunction detection Identifies and resolves business systems issues Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operation systems. Measures effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems Develops and implements strategies to improve systems Monitors and tests system performance Oversees the training of junior engineers to improve job skills and work efficiency Typically has full ownership of a process May act as a procedural expert

Required Skills

• 7 years of Salesforce Development
• Experience with implementing nCino Solutions platform (Manage Packages) is a must….
• Experience with Salesforce Sales and Financial Services Cloud
• Integration Experience
• Agile and read user story experience
• Experience configuring out of the box Salesforce features like Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, Custom Settings etc.
• Experience with Visual Force, Apex classes.
• Experience with Managed App on Salesforce 1 platform.
• Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) or Platform Developer I
